Understand your subscription and billing

Review your current plan

Sign in to the client area and open Subscription. You can see the plan name, billing period, status and next renewal information there.

Manage automatic renewal

Use the Subscription or Billing area to manage renewal. Cancelling renewal prevents the next charge, while access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

Find your invoices

Open Billing and select an invoice to view its details or download a copy. If a payment or invoice is missing, contact support with the account email and approximate transaction date.
