Support is handled every day. Most messages get a first reply within a few hours, and we aim to answer everything within 24 hours. Billing and refund requests are worked in the order they arrive; a refund itself can take several more days to appear, depending on your bank or app store.
How we’ll contact you
We will never ask for your password, a card number in full, or a code from an authenticator app — not by email, not on a call, not ever. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us. Forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
